Which devices do I need?
Any smartphone, tablet or PC with an up-to-date browser will do. There is an adisyo app for Android. There is no fee per device.
Is adisyo suitable for a tax inspection (Kassennachschau)?
With the TSE module, adisyo signs every receipt through the BSI-certified fiskaly cloud TSE, exports DSFinV-K and prepares the till registration for the tax office via ELSTER.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Orders are stored on the device and sent automatically as soon as the connection is back. For longer outages we recommend a mobile hotspot as a backup.
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers in Germany. A backup is made every night.
How long is the contract?
You try it free first. After that you choose 12 or 24 months. The term only starts with your first payment.
Is there a limit on orders?
Normal use is included in the price: up to 30,000 order items per month, which hardly any restaurant reaches. You can see your current usage in the panel at any time. Only with permanently much higher use is 19 € net per month added for each further 30,000 items, with at least one month’s notice.
Can I get help in German and Turkish?
Yes. We take care of setup and training, both included in the one-time start fee. Support is available by e-mail and WhatsApp in German and Turkish.
