How adisyo becomes your till
Four steps.
Set up once.
You need no technician and no new hardware. You get the TSE key from fiskaly, the provider of the certified cloud TSE. After that, everything runs automatically.
Account at fiskaly
Create an account for your business on fiskaly.com and enter your tax number and address.
Enter the key
Paste the fiskaly API key into adisyo once. It is stored encrypted.
Set up TSE
One click: adisyo creates the TSE, registers your till and switches on signing.
Inform the tax office
adisyo shows all the details for the notification via ELSTER. Your tax adviser can do it for you if you prefer.
What the tax office wants to see

Orders to the kitchen and bar are signed too, as intended for hospitality.
Cancellations are counter-entries. After activation, till data can no longer be deleted.

If the internet fails, sales continue, with an outage note on the receipt. Training receipts are marked separately.
Does the till software need its own certificate?
No. Under German law, the technical security device (TSE) must be certified by the BSI. The fiskaly cloud TSE is. There is no certification requirement for the till software itself. It must pass every transaction to the TSE, issue receipts and export data in the standard format. That is exactly what adisyo does. The “certified tills” sold in shops also use a certified TSE; the software behind them is not certified.
Does the till have to be online?
The cloud TSE works over the internet; a normal Wi-Fi connection is enough. If the connection drops briefly, you keep selling; the receipt gets an outage note and adisyo logs the outage, as the law requires.
What do I show during a tax inspection?
The notification to the tax office (ELSTER), a receipt with TSE data and, if requested, the DSFinV-K and TSE export, which you download in adisyo with one click. Like with any till, you prepare your business’s process documentation together with your tax adviser.
If you already have a TSE-secured till, adisyo runs alongside it in order mode: service, kitchen and bar work with adisyo, and payment is taken on your till as usual. In this mode adisyo technically accepts no payments, so every sale ends up in full in your TSE till. If you like, adisyo can later become your till itself with the TSE module.
And if I keep my current till?
Then you use adisyo in order mode next to your current till. The owner switches it on with one click: service, kitchen and bar work as usual, and the till screen only shows information. adisyo then accepts no payments, creates no receipts and no end-of-day report; all payments are taken on your till only. You can add the TSE module at any time; your data is kept.

You pay the TSE fee directly to fiskaly. As with any till, notifying the tax office and the process documentation remain the business’s responsibility; adisyo provides all the details.

Do I need a contract with fiskaly for order mode?
No. Your current till already has a TSE; in order mode adisyo records no payments.
Can I switch to till mode later?
Yes, at any time: create a fiskaly account, activate the TSE module, enter the key, switch on till mode. All data is kept.
Do I have to register adisyo with the tax office?
In order mode, no; your current till is the one registered. In till mode, yes, like any till. With the tax office registration module you do it directly from adisyo.
Are deliveries and pickups recorded correctly in order mode?
Order, kitchen, driver and live map run through adisyo. You or your driver collect the amount on handover and book it into your TSE till as usual.
